Common issues and troubleshooting when connecting Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to TMS and WorldServer

Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), TMS, WorldServer
Symptoms/Context
The following errors and issues can be seen when using the Adobe Experience Manager connector to TMS and WorldServer:
  1. Test Connection validation fails in AEM Cloud Configuration
  2. Cannot Start a Translation Project
  3. Project submitted in AEM, but doesn’t appear in TMS or WorldServer
  4. Request Project Scope action fails
  5. Files not retrieved successfully by AEM
Resolution

Following the RWS installation documentation will ensure a successful setup and testing round with the integrations. However, below are some of the common issues that occur with resolutions on how to spot and resolve them.

Issue 1: Test Connection validation fails in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Cloud Configuration with TMS and/or WorldServer

Issue 2: Error message when starting a Translation Project using the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) connector to TMS and WorldServer

Issue 3: Translation Project is submitted in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) but does not appear in TMS

Issue 4: Request Project Scope action fails in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) connected to TMS or WorldServer
