This article is for users with SDL Trados Studio and Passolo (2015 or newer versions) licensed via a Network License. The article explains the process for online activation and deactivation of your Network License.
New Network Licenses have been introduced with SDL Trados Studio 2015. A valid code contains a combination of 32 digits and letters separated by 4 dashes and is listed as SDL Trados Studio 2015 Professional (Network SN) in your SDL Account.
For example: ab123cd0-0101-1234-01ef-123a45678b90:
All licenses are available via Products & Plans > Licenses in your SDL Account:
Click on the URL in the email you received from SDL, or go to your SDL Account via http://oos.sdl.com/myaccount.
The website opens on the Login page. Enter your user name and password and click Login.
If you have more than one account, the Account Selection page is displayed. Click Use this account to enter the selected account.

Deactivating your product returns the license to the SDL Activation Server. You may want to do this if you plan to:
NOTE: Before you start to deactivate your network license online, you need internet access.
Deactivating your license:
A message is displayed indicating that the deactivation was successful. This means that you have now returned your license. You can activate the license again with a different installation of the SDL License Server Manager.
