SDL Customer Gateway Scheduled Maintenance – 16 July 2017

Please be aware that currently we are performing a scheduled maintenance for the SDL Customer Gateway.

The maintenance window is Sunday 16th July 2017 from 03:00am to 05:00am BST.

During this maintenance you will not have access to create any new cases in the SDL Customer Gateway, the system has been put into a read-only state. The Knowledge Base is still accessible as normal. Post maintenance you will see no difference in your SDL Customer Gateway account. If you do need to log a case urgently during this period you can contact SDL Support via Supportmanagers@sdl.com.

Regular maintenance is imperative to ensure a continued high level of service to our customers.
