1. Transition Options: While we are discontinuing GroupShare Cloud / TMS / Managed Translation / MultiTrans, we remain committed to innovation and providing you with cutting-edge solutions to meet your evolving needs. We encourage you to explore our Trados offerings, available today, and learn more about product updates delivering our latest advancements in features and capabilities.  

2. Transition Assistance: To help facilitate a smooth transition, we will be offering guidance and assistance by providing migration materials, training resources, and personalized support to help you transition to an alternative Trados solution seamlessly. Reach out to your account representative or the transition team at any time to get started. 

3. End-of-Life Timeline: As mentioned, the end-of-life date for GroupShare Cloud / TMS / Managed Translation / MultiTrans is December 31, 2025. We encourage you to plan accordingly and begin exploring products to ensure minimal disruption to your operations. 

4. Ongoing Support: Until December 31, 2025, we will continue to provide ongoing support for GroupShare Cloud / TMS / Managed Translation / MultiTrans as defined in contractual commitments. Our support team will be available to address any issues or concerns you may have during this time. After this date, GroupShare Cloud / TMS / Managed Translation / MultiTrans will no longer receive support or maintenance. Additionally, hosting will no longer be provided.
