On Monday, 15th of March 2021 there were some performance issues with the Language Cloud platform.
RWS Development addressed this situation and the system was back up and running by the end of the day.
There may still be intermittent errors experienced by some users due to isolated causes.

1. For browser-based errors How do I clear the web browser cache, cookies, and history?
2. For errors in Trados Studio 2021:
- Close Trados Studio
- Go to C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\Studio16
- Rename or delete the file LanguageCloudMachineTranslation.bin
- Start Trados Studio again
- Login to Language Cloud
3, For errors in
Trados Studio 2019
- Close Trados Studio
- Go to C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio
- Rename or delete LanguageCloudMachineTranslation.bin
- Start Trados Studio again
- Login to Language Cloud
