How to log a Support Case for Language Cloud Machine Translation if you do not have a Support and Maintenance Agreement

Symptoms/Context
For any issues with Language Cloud Machine Translation or Online Translation Editor, you can contact us via the Help & Support button. 

If you cannot log in to your Language Cloud account, please go on RWS Community and post your issue in the Trados Live forum: https://community.sdl.com/product-groups/translationproductivity/f/sdl-trados-live
Resolution
The Help & Support button is accessible in your Language Cloud account 

Click on the question mark icon on the top right corner and then choose Help & Support. You will need to fill in a form. Please add as many details as possible about the issue/question you have and if necessary attach any relevant files. Click the Submit Case button when you're done.

If you are logged in from Trados Studio to your Language Cloud account, you can click on the connection icon in the top right corner (the one that says your name) of the main window, then choose Manage Account. You will be redirected to the same website as the one mentioned above.
