During the installation of Trados Studio or MultiTerm the following error message is displaying:

Setup has detected that the file [PATH to TEMP folder]\DotNetFx452\NDP452-KB2901954-Web.exe has changed since it was initially published.
Click OK to retry the download, Cancel to exit setup.
 

Solution: Install Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.2 using offline installer
You can solve this issue by downloading the Offline Installer of .NET Framework 4.5.2 and then installing it separately.

1. Cancel the SDL Trados Studio installation.
2. Download the Offline Installer from here: Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.2 (Offline Installer).
3. Install Microsoft .NET Framework using the offline installer.
4. Install SDL Trados Studio or SDl MultiTerm.

If the separate Microsoft .NET Framework installation fails:

1. Open the Run dialog (press [Windows key + R]) and type: cmd.
2. Disable Windows Update, type in the Command dialog: net stop WuAuServ.
3. Go to: C:\Windows.
4. Locate the folder SoftwareDistribution and rename the folder. For example: SoftwareDistribution_OLD.
5. Open Run (press [Windows key + R]) and type: cmd.
6. Enable Windows Update again, type net start WuAuServ.
7. Install Microsoft .NET Framework using the offline installer.
8. Install SDL Trados Studio.

During the installation of Trados Studio or MultiTerm, the installer is performing a check for the prerequisites. In case one or more requirements are not available, the installer automatically installs the missing components. If the required Microsoft .NET Framework version is not installed, the installer downloads the Microsoft .NET Framework Web Installer and performs the installation.
The link (more specific the ampersands within the link) to the downloadable web-installer is not parsed properly and is assuming that the installer is not signed and therefore the installation of the .NET Framework cannot be performed, the installer displays the error indicated in the Symptoms section.
