WorldServer - Error when segmenting a DOCX file - Cannot find central directory

A DOCX file fails at the Segment Asset step with this error:

Cannot parse asset data. Details: com.idiominc.ws.filters.FilterParseException: Cannot find central directory

Replace the source file in the source folder in Explorer with a correct DOCX file that can be opened and complete the Autoerror.

Alternatively, submit the correct file to a new project and cancel the current project in Autoerror.

The source DOCX file is corrupted and cannot be opened in Microsoft Word. This is the error when trying to open the DOCX file in MS Word:
