Resolution

Solution: Use SDL MultiTerm Desktop 2017

This was solved in SDL MultiTerm Desktop 2017.

Workaround: Delete 'SdlIdentityCredentials' and use 'Do not prompt me again' feature.

  1. Close all SDL applications.
  2. Go to: C:\Users\[your username]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\Platform\Identity\MultiTerm.exe.
  3. Rename/delete the folder SdlIdentityCredentials.
  4. Open SDL MultiTerm Desktop.
  5. Enter server address, credentials AND check the Do not prompt me again box.
Note: If you do not find the AppData folder on your computer, either enter %appdata%\Roaming\SDL\Platform\Identity\MultiTerm.exe into the address bar of your Windows Explorer or refer to KB article Showing hidden files, folders and extensions on Windows operating systems

      Root Cause
This behavior can be seen when connecting to SDL Studio GroupShare via https://. The SDL Development team is aware of this problem and is working on a solution. Until a permanent solution is in place, you can apply the workaround described in the Resolution section.
