To use the Self Service License Reset feature:
- Go to your RWS Account.
- Select Products & Plans > Licenses
- Find the activation code that you are not able to use or have not been able to return.
- Click Reset License:

In the Reset License window click Reset License:

NOTE: If you do not see the Reset License link this means that you did not use all your available activations yet or you already used the Reset License option 3 times in the last 12 months. The link only appears if you have used all your activations.
NOTE: The Reset License link will not work on Trial Licenses.

Some activation codes allow for more than one activation, so you need to select the relevant fulfillment ID. In most instances there will only be one.
Click Reset License behind the relevant fulfillment (most likely based on the date of activation):

After you have reset the license, you will see the message: Reset of license successful. Thank you. Your activation has been successfully reset.
Click Licenses link to return to the overview of available activation codes:

You will now see that your activation code is available for use in the Licenses section of your RWS Account.

Restrictions
The Reset License option is available 3 times in a 12 month period.
- If you have already reset the license more then 3 times the Reset License option will be no longer be visible.
