Symptoms/Context
The DDN Export tool is getting hung or stuck at some point when we try to create the DDN. It keeps printing "SESSION ACTIVE FOR sysadmin " in the log and no files are getting processed after this log message. In the DDN export Window, the process shows it is running.
Resolution
Open a ticket in the RWS Support Gateway requesting hotfix CRQ-33603 which vastly improves DDN performance and allows DDN's of 10,000 plus files to complete.
