Symptoms/Context
You are trying to add a termbase in the Project Settings of a project in Trados Studio, but the following error occurs and the termbase is not added:
Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {xxx} failed due to the following error: 80040154 Class not registered (Exception HRESULT: 0x80040154 (REGDB_E_CLASSNOTREG)).
Resolution
Repair the Trados Studio installation via the Control Panel of your computer (for further details, please click here) or reinstall the application.
