As a first step, make sure you back up your data (any projects, project templates, translation memories, termbases, etc. you want to have access to on the new PC), for example on an external hard drive. You can also save your user settings under:
File > Setup > Manage User Profiles > Export user settings (you can find further details about saving your settings and importing them back on the new computer here

After your data is backed up, please do the following:
1. Deactivate your license on your old computer (for Single-User Licenses see:

2. Install Trados Studio on your new computer. You can download the installer you need from the following article:
Trados Studio and Multiterm download installers for each cumulative update or from your
RWS Account (under
Products & Plans > Downloads).
3. Start Trados Studio on your new computer and activate your license (for single-user licenses see:

4. Copy the data you backed up earlier onto your new PC
