Workaround: Restart GroupShare service
Restarting the GroupShare services releases the file - it may however not (always) write the file.
Therefore following approach is recommended:
- Reopen GS project to see whether this resolves the issue (see referenced article below)
- The user that last changed the file makes a backup copy of their local .sdlxliff file (ensure that all translations are in the file)
- Restart the GroupShare services
Note: If your server is hosted by SDL, contact support:
- Log in to the SDL Gateway with your SDL Account.
- Click on the blue Log a CaseĀ button.
