RWS Certification - Change your address and telephone number

RWS Account
Symptoms/Context
You would like to change the address or/and telephone number(s) on their RWS Certification page.
Resolution
  1. Log into your SDL Account.
  2. Hover over Support and Education and click Education below.
  3. Click Update your personal details.
  4. Change your address or/and telephone number(s) in the relevant fields.
  5. Click Save Changes.

Root Cause
Customer has changed their postal address or telephone number and wants their RWS Certification page to reflect this.
