When attempting to open an XLIFF file in the XLIFF Editor, the following error is shown: System.OutOfMemoryException: Exception of type 'System.OutOfMemoryException' was thrown.
Resolution
1. Remove all images from the source document before importing it into MultiTrans for translation. This can greatly reduce the size of the XLIFF file. 2. Close any other running programs that you don't currently need.
Root Cause
The XLIFF file is very large and as a result, the XLIFF Editor does not have enough memory to open it.
