Symptoms/Context
You are trying to access your RWS Account, or the RWS Support Gateway, but you are not able to.
Resolution

If you are experiencing login issues, in the first instance please do a Password Reset:

Go to: https://oos.sdl.com
Click on the "Forgot Password?" link

If you still encounter login issues after your password has been changed,  please follow these steps:

  1. Clear the DNS cache on your machine:

    1. Select Start > Run…
    2. Type: ipconfig /flushdns
    3. Click OK
You will see Command Prompt popping up and closing again.
  2. Clear your browser cache (in the following example we use Internet Explorer):

    1. Open Internet Explorer.
    2. Click Tools > Internet Options > General
    3. In the section Browsing history click Delete
    4. In the Delete Browsing History dialog leave the default settings and click on Delete
    5. Back in the Internet Options dialog, click OK to close the pop-up
    6. Close all your active browser windows
    7. Re-open Internet Explorer and login again to your RWS Account.
Root Cause
In rare cases this may be due to maintenance work on our RWS servers. In other cases changing the password or clearing the cache may solve the issue.
Reference
If you need to know how to delete the browser cache from another Internet browser, refer to the steps on the wikiHow page on How to Clear Your Browser's Cache.
