Resolution

Adding merged *.sdlxliff files to existing project possible with restrictions

Adding bilingual *.sdlxliff files that are already merged to a new project is possible.
However, certain functionality may be restricted. This includes:
  • it is not possible to run the batch tasks Word Count or WIP Report
  • the batch tasks Translation Count, Pre-ranslate Files and Apply PerfectMatch will effect incorrect confirmation statistics
  • in the Files view, the actual source files will not be displayed - only the merged sdlxliff file.

Working with merged *.sdlxliff files without feature restrictions

To avoid above issues, you can create the new project based on the original source files instead of the merged sdlxliff files.
