Is it possible to change the Sender address used on all the emails coming from our WorldServer application?

Answer

A user with Administrator privileges in WorldServer can do this by navigating to the following page:

Management > Administration > Notification Delivery.

On this page, there is a field titled From User
This is the field where the user that is sending the emails from WorldServer is set.

Note: A random email can not just be added here, only a user that is set up as a WorldServer user can be chosen here and this user MUST have a valid email address.
