I have been told to clear my browser cache in order to resolve an issue with the Trados Cloud Platform, but do not want to lose my stored preferences for other websites. How can I do this?
Answer
 

Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge

 
  1. Open Google Chrome / Microsoft Edge, and go to the Trados Cloud Platform login page at https://cloud.trados.com/
     
  2. Click the View site information icon at the top of the screen, to the left of the address bar, and choose Cookies and site data:

  3. Click the picture of the dustbin next to each of the entries under both Data from the site you're visiting, and Data from embedded sites:

    On-device site data
     
  4. Click Done.

NOTE: These instructions will likely work with other Chromium-based browsers.

 

Firefox

 
  1. Open Firefox, and go to the Trados Cloud Platform login page at https://cloud.trados.com/
     
  2. Click the padlock at the top of the screen, to the left of the address bar, and choose Clear cookies and site data...

  3. Click Remove:

  4. Close the browser tab.
 

If the problem persists

If, having followed the instructions, you are still having the same issue, then you should proceed to clear all cache and cookies. Also check that you are using a supported browser.
