WorldServer - is it possible to deactivate the "Send e-mail to assignees" when changing Task Due Dates per default?

When changing the Task Due Dates by selection More Options -> Task Options -> Change Due Date, the option Send e-mail to assignees is selected per default and needs to be unchecked manually by a user to avoid an email notification to be sent out to assignees. Is it possible to set this setting to be deactivated per default? 

A new option Send E-Mail to assignees was introduced as of  version 11.3 and is selected per default. The default behaviour of the Change Task and Step Due Dates functionality has changed from NOT sending a notification to assignees to sending a notification. This has been documented in this section of the Worldserver 11.3. documentation.

It is not possible to set this option to be deactivated per default.
