When starting Trados Studio, "Failed to initialize view "SDLReportViewer_View." error message pops up

Trados Studio 2022 SR1 CU7
Symptoms/Context
When starting Trados Studio 2022 SR1 CU7 you receive the following error message:
Failed to initialize view "SDLReportViewer_View.
Resolution
Uninstall the Reports Viewer Plus plugin by following the steps below:
1. Make sure Trados Studio ( including any error message) is closed 2. Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Trados\Plugin installer 3. Double-click on the Sdl.Community.SdlPluginInstaller.exe, locate the Reports Viewer Plus plugin and click on Uninstall 4. Start Trados Studio and the issue should no longer occur
Root Cause
Version 3.1.1.0 of the Reports Viewer Plus seems incompatible with Trados Studio 2022 SR1 CU7
