Symptoms/Context
Customer Portal users can't see the conversation features while others can, even though they have the same permissions/role. This affects the communication between project managers and customers to complete translations.
Resolution
The users need to select their location in the top right, filter icon, save that, and then the conversations can be seen when the location is correct in Customer Portal.
Root Cause
In Customer Portal, the user may not be at the correct location to see the Conversations.
