A Customer is running a CU update, on the existing Trados GroupShare application. The question is: where can he/she find the existing Trados GroupShare database server credentials? Is there a config file where these are saved?
Answer
The Trados GroupShare database server details, including the username and the password (encoded), can be found on the Trados GroupShare application server at this path: C:\ProgramData\SDL\SDLServer1\GroupshareInstallationSettings.json .
