For Tridion Sites, editor logging into CM sees error "Your license has expired"

Symptoms/Context
- Customer has on-premise environments, for both CM servers and CD microservices. At the same time all environments fail to start, and error message "Your license has expired" is seen for all CME clients.
Resolution
Issue resolved by RWS licensing team, as license expiration date associated with existing customer IDs were extended. Customer should discuss licensing with their RWS account manager to avoid future service disruptions.
