Symptoms/Context
Not able to connect Language Weaver to Relativity in configuration. Getting Unauthorized Access error.
Resolution
Following the setup and configuration in the installation and setup document allowed the user to log in.
Root Cause
The configuration for the worker agents and permissions need to be configured before the connection can happen. Even if the user is an Admin, Relativity needs this specific configuration.
