Yes, there is an option called License Email (i.e., Manage/ Settings/ Notifications) in Language Weaver Edge UI and and you should enable it.

To enable this option, you should configure the SMTP (under Manage/ SMTP) and then, you can enable this option ‘License Email’.

If you enabled with SMTP configured, license notifications will be emailed to the admins when near the license expiration comes.
