A Customer is asking if it is possible to deactivate all RWS Trados Cloud emails sent to the users belonging to the Customer Requesters group. Email referring to promotions, seminars, maintenance alerts, etc.

Unfortunately, there are no general settings that can enable/disable the marketing/maintenance emails received by a specific user group.

To disable the mentioned emails, each user should access the RWS Trados Cloud Customer Portal page ( https://languagecloud.sdl.com/en/cp/ ) - click on their name initials in the upper right side of the screen - Edit User Settings. Once there, please make sure that the ,,I consent to RWS sending me emails on marketing, training, and evens" is disabled. Click the Save Settings button afterward.
