MultiTrans - "The TextBase Extraction XML document is empty!" error message is added repeatedly to the server logs

Symptoms/Context

Every 10 seconds the following error is being added to the Windows event logs on the server:
Category: General
The TextBase Extraction XML document is empty! No TMX or CVS document can be generated.

This error message also appears in the log file "MultiTrans.Services.Host.Api.log".

Resolution

Option 1

Go to the Project tab of the request and make sure there is at least 1 TextBase or TermBase selected under the MultiTrans section:

Option 2

Remove the Analysis step from the workflow of the request. Also update any relevant Workflow Templates or Dynamic Workflow Templates (under Settings > Flow Administration & Automation) if you no longer need the Analysis step.

Root Cause

There was a Flow Machine Task - MultiTrans Analysis step in the workflow but no TextBases or Termbases were selected in the Project tab.
