Tridion Docs: Publishing fails to publish all packages with "does not support IshPublish action" error

Symptoms/Context

Publish to DXD failing with default errors, but on the DXD side there were IQIndex errors for the publish with the following warnings and errors:

Resolution

After a restart of the IQIndex which had lost connection this then allowed a completed publish to succeed.
