Symptoms/Context
Upgrading from DXD 11.5 to 12 by using the hotfix CD_12.0.0.36060 fails with an index dependency issue on BINARYVARIANTS_LOWER_URL table LOWURL column on Microsoft SQL.
Resolution
Solution: There is an updated version of hotfix CD_12.0.0.36060
Ensure to use the latest version of CD_12.0.0.36060 which has been released in March 2024.
