Service 'Sdl.Desktop.Platform.CommandBars.IActionService' could not be started after updating Trados Studio to a new version

Trados Studio

Symptoms/Context

When starting Trados Studio, the error following error message pops up:

Sdl.Desktop.Platform.CommandBars.IActionService could not be started

Resolution

1. Go to Plugin Management tool from : C:\Program Files (x86)\Trados\Plugin installer and double clicking on the Sdl.Community.SdlPluginInstaller.exe file

2. Select uninstall for the duplicate plugin

3.Start Trados Studio
