Login to Sites 9.5 CME fails with error "Failed to retrieve the OpenID configuration from Access Management"

- Login had previously been successful for content editors. - After weekend, editor logins fail with error message "Failed to retrieve the OpenID configuration from Access Management" as in below screenshot.
- When reviewing Access Management view, no Identity Provider is listed, although it had been configured and working the previous work day. - When reviewing the Access Management database, the identity provider data was resident in the tables, and the correct DB connection string was specified in the Access Management appsettings.json file.
Issue resolved after administrator created a new Access Management database, updated the appsettings.json file to connect to the new database, and configured the identity provider again.
