- Login had previously been successful for content editors.
- After weekend, editor logins fail with error message "Failed to retrieve the OpenID configuration from Access Management" as in below screenshot.
- When reviewing Access Management view, no Identity Provider is listed, although it had been configured and working the previous work day.
- When reviewing the Access Management database, the identity provider data was resident in the tables, and the correct DB connection string was specified in the Access Management appsettings.json file.
