Question

The GetTranslationMemories PublicApi method does not work with Trados Groupshare 2020 CU9. This prevents all Trados Studio plugins from displaying server-based TMs.

Answer

This issue will be fixed in the upcoming Trados GroupShare 2020 CU10 release.

A potential workaround is to use the GetTranslationMemoriesByQuery(TranslationMemoryQuery query) method instead of GetTranslationMemories. In order for this to work, the IsProject value of TranslationMemoryQuery needs to be set to true.
