The Entity Conversion setting needs to be disabled when translating text into a language with accents, such as Á À È ç á ç é, and the target file displays these characters as entities, such as Á À È.
In the following example, we have a JSON file that needs to be translated without entity conversion
1. In the Trados Enterprise interface, go to File Type Configuration under the Resources tab.
2. Choose the appropriate
File Type Configuration from the list.
3. Verify whether the JSON filter is active; also, in this case, Embedded Content is enabled. 4. The last check will be performed by selecting Embedded Content Processors from the Filter menu. 5.
Choose HTML5 from this list, then scroll down to Entity Settings. 6.
Disable the check box Enable entity conversion.
7. Remember to press the Save button.
