After submitting job to Translated Content Retrieval, task went into Recovery at "Broker: Upload To MHQ - TCR"  Workflow step

In the "MB-SRV-WEB-02_UPLOADTOINFOSHARE2_log.xml" log file the error message shows : 
 

2023-06-12 17:36:35.9746545 10068 1 UPLOADTOINFOSHARE2 [N/A] Exception occurred in UploadSingleDocument() after 1 attempt.
Error detail [InfoShareWS.Exceptions.InfoShareException: [-270] You are not allowed to update this object in this stage of the workflow. 
The object is currently in the status Translated.X at InfoShareWS.DocumentObj20.Update(String& psAuthContext, String psDocId, String& psVersion, 
String psLng, String psResolution, String psXMLMetaData, String psXMLRequiredCurrentState, String psEdt, Byte[] pbData)]

The only solution is to skip the "Broker: Upload To MHQ - TCR" and move the task to "Translated Content Retrieval" 

The above error indicates the file can not be returned to integration (ISH as the status is set as Translated) and subsequently the legacy broker script is unable to handle that response and fails the file to Recovery after 15min timeout.

There could be few reasons : 
1. ISH have posted the same file to TMS twice and it has retrieved it from one of the jobs and fails to retrieve it from other one as the status has been updated to Translated in ISH side.
2. There was a temporary glitch during the processing of the Broker script step (indicated by WF step being reposted) which would actually deliver the file to ISH but would not record it TMS that the file was delivered and subsequent delivery attempts would fail.

Note:  Broker steps are no longer supported and should be converted to custom WF steps where the handling of such issues is handled better.
