Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome recently released new versions of their browsers (114.x.x.x) which causes display and functionality issues on the PM portal of certain older versions of Flow (prior to version 7.0.21225.3).

Here are some examples:

• Workflow tasks and filters are empty

• Send all documents icon is misplaced

 

• Delete icon is misplaced and shows on the middle part of the top of the page

To workaround this issue, there are a few options available

1) Upgrade Multitrans Flow to the latest version

2) Downgrade Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge to a previous version (113)

3) Other compatible browsers may work.

4) If one of the 3 options above is not possible, you can also try using Internet Explorer Mode from Edge. This can be activated by going into Edge Settings\Apearance and enabling the "Internet Explorer Mode (IE mode) button".

Important Note: IE is no longer a supported browser and there may be some issues when using it.
