The time format in the workflow shows odd characters instead of the correct time format
Example: 2023/05/15 k:30

Resolution

The time format selected in the users preference is incorrect.

To resolve the issue, login to Flow
Navigate to My Flow - General
Under Time Format, select the first option in the drop down list: 12:01 and Save.
