On our new Linux system with XPP 9.6.1, the soft key mappings are not the same as the Solaris system we just migrated from when using the numeric keypad on the keyboard. The X-menu file is the one from the old system so its the same. This is a problem with Exceed and MobaXterm.
Resolution
Please open a support case at http://gateway.sdl.com to request service pack 9.6.3. This fix will be included with future XPP releases.
