How to change the translation formality of DeepL Add-on in Trados Team?

DeepL translation formality can be set on three different levels: less, default, and more .
The formality can be changed by any Administrator user in Trados Team as follow:

1. Click on your username on the right-hand side upper corner to select Account Settings.




2. Choose RWS AppStore from the contextual menu.



3. Click on DeepL Machine Translation Provider on the Installed Add-ons tab



4. Click on Edit Add-on Configuration



5. In the Translation Formality field, type the formality you want to use: less, default or more



6. Click Save and Validate saved configuration.
