If the requester confirms that the delivery notifications are not in their Mail Spam folder, another explanation could be that the Project Manager forgot or did not attach the final translated file to the "Validation and Delivery" workflow task.
By design, Flow will not send a Mail notification if there is no file attached to the Delivery workflow task. To resolve the situation, edit the Delivery task, attach a file (ex Final translated document) check the "Resend delivery notification" option (on the top right corner) and click "Ok" at the left bottom page. |
