As a workaround, try to restart Trados Studio or the computer (if the translation memory was updated, you will be able to retrieve your translations later).
If the problem persists, perform a Check Disk (chkdsk) operation on your computer by following the below steps:
1. Type “command prompt” in the search bar of Windows and run it as administrator. Note: Click ‘Yes’ if it prompts for permission. 2. In the command prompt, type ‘chkdsk /r’ and press the Enter key. 3. Answer Y when chkdsk asks you if you want to check the drive next time the computer boots (restarts). 4. Restart your computer.
IMPORTANT: While performing chkdsk on the hard drive, if any bad sectors are found when chkdsk tries to repair that sector, any data available on that might be lost. Therefore, our recommendation would be to back up important data before you proceed, for example on an external hard drive.
