Trados Enterprise: No panels are present in a Custom Reports

Scope/Environment

Trados Enterprise

Symptoms/Context

You have created a new Workspace in Reports -> Workspaces, however when you go to Reports -> Custom Reports, you are told that there are No panels.

Resolution

Add one or more panels to the dashboard

Go to Reports -> Workspaces and click your workspace to edit it.
For each datasource you want to make available as a panel, click the button, and then choose Done.
Go to Reports -> Custom Reports, and your panels will now be available to use.

Root Cause

Panels need to be added to the dashboard in the Workspace editor before they can be used in Custom Reports.
