A common reason for getting this message is that the user's password was changed in Flow but never updated in the MultiTrans client configuration. To update the password from the error screen:
- Click on Edit
- Type in the updated password in the Password field
- Click OK
- Once back to the Known Servers dialog box, the login failed message will disappear if the correct credentials were entered
This can also be caused by having a different version of the MultiTrans Client installed than the version that is installed on the server. You can check which version of the MultiTrans Client is installed by select "
Help > About".
