It is not possible to select a PickList value in Multiterm Online, since the available PickList values ares shown together, as a single word.



 

Update or upgrade to Trados GroupShare 2020 SR1 CU9 (build 15.1.9.12529 released on July 25th, 2023). If this is not an option, you can minimize the browser's window until you can select the PickList value, even it is still shown as a single word instead of multiple PickList values.



Clicking on the ,,combined" PickList name, the first PickList value will be added, and so on.

This is a Multiterm Online display defect (CRQ-30860) which is addressed starting with Multiterm Online GroupShare 2020 SR1 CU9 (build 15.1.9.12529 released on July 25th, 2023).

The above issue is also happening in a newly created Termbase, created with Create a new termbase definition from scratch option and the PickList options are added through the Termbase Wizard in the Termbase. It does not matter if the Term/s are added manually/imported into the Termbase.
This display issue was observed in the Multiterm Online component that comes with Trados GroupShare 2020 SR1 CU6 and Trados GroupShare 2020 SR1 CU7, and it might also appear in older Trados GroupShare 2020 CUs.
