You receive an email invitation to join Trados Cloud / Enterprise / Team either manually, or by automatic provisioning. You click the link in the email but do not continue with the sign up process, and therefore do not accept the terms and conditions.

However, you now receive maintenance emails advising you of downtime:

 

Workaround - Remove yourself from the Maintenance mailing list

At the end of each of these emails from the Maintenance mailing list is a link called unsubscribe from this list. Clicking this link will unsubscribe you from the list.

Your email address is added to the Maintenance mailing list before accepting the terms and conditions required to use the platform.

An enhancement request has been raised with our Development Team, requesting that email address only be added after accepting the terms and conditions, and that improvements be implemented into the platform to provide users with greater control over their email preferences.
