The issue is due to entering the Productivity without selecting the Abilities first.
This caused the Service field to be blank and upon saving the system gave a fatal error.
To avoid this error, you would need to select the Abilities first by checking the appropriate boxes and clicking
Save.
Once the above is done you will be able to enter the Productivity and see the correct Service in the list.
