Error message: No identity information found for server

Scope/Environment

Trados Studio 2021 SR1 CU9

Symptoms/Context

The error message is displayed when there is a Trados GroupShare server project already opened in Trados Studio and it was opened using http:// connection and this type of connection is no longer enabled:

No identity information found for server "http://server name"

Resolution

Remove the http:// server connection from Trados Studio and remove all the projects and resources pointing to the http:// connection.

Open Trados Studio
Click on File -> Setup -> Servers
Select the http:// server connection -> Delete

Root Cause

The projects or the resources were opened using the http:// connection and this is no longer available.
