You have a number of open projects in your project list, but each time Trados Studio is restarted, the project list is cleared. There are no open projects anymore. |
Step 1: Make sure the location where your projects are saved is accessible before starting Trados Studio. If these are saved on a network drive, for example, in case there is no connection to the drive when starting the application, the projects will not be found and will therefore be deleted from the list. Step 2: If the location is accessible, check the file path and user name in the "Sdl.ProjectApi.xml" located here:
C:\Users\%UserName%\Documents\Studio 20XX\Projects
NOTE: The file path may be different, depending on where Trados Studio was installed (e.g. if OneDrive is in use or if you are working in a Citrix environment). Also check that the user name matches the Windows user name. |
Location not accessible or incorrect information in "Sdl.ProjectApi.xml" system file. |
