Some Multitrans Client users may use the legacy feature "Open Source Files" and or "Open Target File" when in a Multitrans session from the Textbases TMs Tab as shown below:


However, if the Multitrans server has been migrated to a new Server and the Sources and Target document path locations have been changed on the new server, the users will not be able to re-open these source\target documents anymore.

Usually, there is a Feature in Multitrans client Managed TM's called "Update Path" (as shown below), which should give the option to change the file's location path to reflect the new path on the new servers.
 
This feature should make it possible to change the files location Path to point to new location path for Source and Target documents on new servers and from there, the Open Source\Target documents functionality should work again. However, since version 7.0.x the "Update Path" Feature is no longer working and new files location paths would NOT be saved or changed on the new server.
